Janitorial cleaning is more than just a cleaning substance in a bucket. For us, when it comes to cleanliness and pristine shine, there is no room for dirt or grime. We charge by square footage, how long will it take, and what is requested by the customer. 

One of our specialties is steam cleaning extracting for ceramic tile and carpet. With this method we use the hot water extraction cleaning method using equipment that sprays heated water, sometimes with added cleaning chemicals, on the carpet. Simultaneously, the water is vacuumed up, along with any dislodged and dissolved dirt.

 We also offer a strip and wax service. Stripping and refinishing is the process of removing old layers of wax and dirt, restoring the floors to a like-new appearance and protecting it from future damage with new coats of clear wax. This process restores that dull floor to a pristine glossy shine. 

We offer a buffing service to keep that waxed floor shiny and appealing. Floor buffing a commercial hard floor is a maintenance procedure that removes dirt and scuff marks while enhancing the shine of your floor finish. 

For Burnish polishing floors we apply burnishing solution/cream of choice and begin to work it in. We start by working in small areas and expanding. The burnisher will move effortlessly in a forward and reverse motion. The machine will remove deep scuff marks and floats over the floor as it polishes. When burnishing the floor, using a pattern that allows for some overlapping on each pass will achieve the most brilliant shine on a floor, as no areas will be missed, or under burnished. Burnished until a high shine is achieved.
